We are pleased to announce that all guest rooms will be in the Mandalay Bay!

Please use the link to the left or call the Mandalay Bay Reservations Department directly at 877-632-9001 and identify yourself as an attendee of the 2020 17th Annual MHA Business Summit. MHA has a room block for Sunday, March 22, through Saturday, March 28, 2020, on a first-come, first-reserved basis. A very limited number of rooms have been contracted for Friday and Saturday evenings.


The contracted room rates are:
Sunday, March 22: $199
Monday-Tuesday, March 23-24: $210
Wednesday-Thursday, March 25-26: $115
Friday, March 27: $155
Saturday, March 28: $199

All dates will also add tax and applicable charges.
All rooms in the room block are considered “Run of House,” which are the best rooms available upon your arrival. Your bed type will be selected by the hotel at the time of check-in based upon availability. Requests are not guaranteed and a requested room type may incur additional costs.
A daily resort fee of $32 plus tax will be charged in addition to the room rate provided.

The resort fee includes: :

• Property-wide high-speed internet access (public spaces and in-room)
• Unlimited local and toll-free calls
• Airline boarding pass printing
• Notary Service
• Fitness Center access for guests 18+

Attendee’s credit card will be charged the first night’s room/suite rate plus resort fee and tax as a guarantee at the time the attendee makes the reservation.

The MHA room block cutoff date is Friday, February 28, 2020.

After February 28, the group rate expires and rates may be higher. If guest rooms are requested after this date, reservations can still be made, but at the prevailing rate. You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours in advance of the confirmed arrival date. Any cancellations after that time or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee of one night’s room rate plus tax.

Take advantage of the great benefits in the room block! Confirmed hotel guests can show their Mandalay Bay room key and name badge and will be offered front-of-line passes to specific venues.
