General Service Contractor
Freeman will again be the General Service Contractor for the 8th Annual MHA Business Summit. Freeman will be happy to provide assistance with all aspects of your exhibit, including shipping, booth setup/breakdown, and booth furnishing rental. We recommend going through Freeman for any shipping needs. You may also choose to ship directly to the ARIA’s Business Center. The Business Center is located in the Conference Center on the second level, immediately to your left as you enter themeeting space. Please be advised of the inbound/outbound handling fees assessed with all packages based on weight and storage.

Expect to receive an exhibitor kit once your application is received. The exhibitor kit will include information outlining
shipping procedures, pricing, order specifications, electricity, audiovisual, and other important details.
